Signature dishes have been inspired by the Greek and local gastronomy, and developed to represent the high quality products that the island has to offer! Guests with discerning palates are welcome to experience the Skyrian taste, with respect to tradition and a twist of modern refinement.
Taste ‘tiropitaria’ (traditional pie) served with tomato marmalade, barley rusk with cherry tomato and soft skyrian cheese, lamb cooked with inspiration and a lot of other tasteful surprises.
We also prepare special orders for you, cooked with local products, such as ‘fava’ with caramelized onions, fish soup with local fresh fish or eggplant with fresh tomato and feta cheese.

In particular, brilliantly positioned at the pool-bar our innovative breakfast menu is a unique experience with homemade flavors, organic produce and local delicacies (Ammos Hotel has a ‘Greek Breakfast’ certification). The menu has been specially inspired for the Ammos Boutique Hotel, by Effie Gialousi, chef and food writer. The refined menu blends Mediterranean heritage with Greek cuisine and local products from Skyros island.

Everyday chef of Ammos prepares the “Dish of the day”, an authentic Greek specialty, prepared with the finest quality ingredients from the local fields. Stuffed tomatoes, pastitsio, mousaka, local lamb, greek ratatouille and other skyrian recipes are just some of the dishes we prepare for you every day!
For lighter choices you can also enjoy our lunch bar menu. Taste our famous burgers and club sandwiches served with freshly cut french fries or just pick one of Ammos favorite’s cold salads..
